Clear Mountain Bank
Clear Mountain Bank offers two accounts. The “StartFresh First Step Account” requires a $50 minimum opening deposit and features a free Visa check card, free onine bill pay, online and mobile banking, a $9.95 monthly fee, $3.00 monthly discount with regular payroll direct deposit and after 12 months in good standing with a StartFresh First Step account, you may qualify and apply for a standard StartFresh Checking account. The “StartFresh Checking Account” offers the same features but after 18 months in good standing with a StartFresh Checking account, you may qualify and apply for a traditional checking account.
Greenbelt Federal Credit Union
Greenbelt Federal Credit Union uses Telecheck to open accounts. They offer a wide variety of financial products and services including a Share Draft Checking and Savings Account.
PNC Bank offers the “Foundations Checking” for customers that are entering or re-establishing themselves in the banking system.
