Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union
They offer a second chance checking called New Chance Checking that has a $15 monthly service fee.
Hope Community Credit Union
They do use chexsystems but you can still get an account once you become a member. They do offer an account called Easy Checking for those reported to chexsystems and those with a credit score of less than 600. $9.95 a month if the balance of 200.00 is not maintained. FREE if balance of 200.00 is maintained
Magnolia Federal Credit Union
They a second chance account called “Opportunity Checking.” It has a $20 account opening fee and comes with a $15 monthly service charge with direct deposit and $20 monthly service charge without direct deposit. After 12 months of perfect account management, you’re able to switch to any other Magnolia FCU checking account. And, the bank will reward you with a $100 savings deposit!

Renasant Bank
Renasant Bank offers a wide variety of personal checking accounts, they do not use ChexSystems. All checking accounts come with Free Internet Banking; Free Online Bill Pay; Mobile Banking; and Debit Card with no monthly usage charge.
Unify Financial Credit Union
They offer a Second Chance Checking Account called Right Start Checking. You can open with a $25 deposit and no minimum balance requirement. Pay no monthly or per-check fees.
Woodforest
Woodforest offers a “Second Chance” account. The minimum opening deposit is $25.00. There is a monthly service charge which breaksdown as follows: $7.95 with direct deposit(3); $9.95 without direct deposit and a $9.00 one-time account set up fee.
